I spent at afternoon at Palgrave, in Ontario, Canada shooting some of the dressage there - it was a dull, very rainy day but with some Lightroom work some of pictures did not turn out too badly

Check www.competencystyle.com to look at the interpersonal skill series of personal workbooks that I wrote in 2001 to 2004. WCI Press published them in paper in June 2004. They were published by HRD Press of Amherst, Massachusetts in the United States in 2005, and are available from them. My work on the Facilitating Meetings book continues. It grew to about 300 draft pages. As I started to work with the Competency Styles™ workbooks with clients, I realized that I wanted to re-format the Facilitating Meetings book into a series of similarly structured workbooks. I will be continuing to work on this, and will start to post the working drafts on this web site over the course of this year.
I wrote a paper on performance management in December of 2004 as part of a marketing effort. It is posted as a PDF on this web site.
As well as this, I am working on a crime novel. It will start to show up on the web under a "writing name". I decided to do this to keep some seperation between my professional writing and my fiction writing.

(By the way, originally this web site was originally setup as www.competencystyles.com, but due to a mixup, I did not renew it precisely on time. Some Russian outfit got into the time gap and registered www.competencystyles.com as their site. So I responded by registering www.competencystyle.com. Amazing how a single "S" can make a difference.)
