I am working on restructuring the Competency Styles workkbooks as a set of 20 e-learning sessions that you can access over the Internet. I am working on this in the evenings and on the weekends.

Check www.competencystyles.com to look at the interpersonal skill series of personal workbooks that I wrote in 2001 to 2004. WCI Press published them in paper in June 2004. They were published by HRD Press of Amherst, Massachusetts in the United States in 2005, and are available from them. My book on the Facilitating Meetings book has stagnated. It grew to about 300 draft pages. As I started to work with the Competency Styles® workbooks with clients, I realized that I wanted to re-format the Facilitating Meetings book into a series of similarly structured workbooks. I hoping to do this work on in 2009, and will start to post the working drafts on the web over the course of the year.
I wrote a paper on performance management in December of 2004 as part of a marketing effort. It is posted as a PDF on this web site.
I presented at CanWite, the Canadian Author's Association 2005 National Conference on Technical Writing on June 24, 2005. in Kitchener, Ontario. Click on the title above to download a pdf of my presentation.
May 2009 - I have not be able to do much photography in the past year, due to the pressure of other committments.
July 2008 - My photography is coming alive - thanks to reasonably cheap fast compact flash cards, Adobe Lightroom and a Nikon D300

I spent at afternoon in the late summer of 2008 at Palgrave, in Ontario, Canada shooting some of the dressage competition there - it was a dull, very rainy day but with some Lightroom work some of pictures did not turn out too badly.
The other photographs on this web site are all photographs that I have taken. I hope that the beauty of the natural world appeals to you as much as it does to me.
