The "Facilitating Meetings" Book Draft
My work on the Facilitating Meetings book has stagnated. It grew to about 300 draft pages. As I started to work with the Competency Styles® workbooks with clients, I realized that I wanted to re-format the Facilitating Meetings book into a series of similarly structured workbooks. I was hoping to do this work in 2009, but personal events got in the way.
Performance Management / Changing Organization Culture
I wrote a paper on performance management in December of 2004 as part of a marketing effort. It is posted as a PDF on this web site.
On Technical Writing

WCI Press published the core workbooks in paper in June 2004. They were published by HRD Press of Amherst, Massachusetts in the United States in 2005, and are available from them. I am currently working on updating them to be available as e-learning that you can access on the web. See the Competency Style web site for more information.
