I am working on a series of crime novels. They are generally black in tone (i.e. the guilty partner gets away with it). I am interested in exploring justice and social compliance. These novels are my way of doing this.

I will publish them under a pseudonym. I decided to do this to keep a clear separation between my professional writing and my fiction writing. That web site is up and running. I am hoping to chronicle what it is to move from being a technical to a fiction writer there, as well as preview the novels. (Hope you find it. WCI Press published the core workbooks in paper in June 2004. They were published by HRD Press of Amherst, Massachusetts in the United States in 2005, and are available from them. My book on the Facilitating Meetings book has stagnated.. It grew to about 300 draft pages. As I started to work with the Competency Styles® workbooks with clients, I realized that I wanted to re-format the Facilitating Meetings book into a series of similarly structured workbooks. I hoping to do this work on in 2009, and will start to post the working drafts on the web over the course of the year.

I wrote a paper on performance management in December of 2004 as part of a marketing effort. It is posted as a PDF on this web site.
