A life long interest;
digital technology now allows me to share it.
I bought my first professional grade camera - a Pentax Spotamatic F - in my late 20's, after years of using box film cameras.
Now I use Nikons.

Writing has been part of my working life since my second job - as a research clerk in an operations research group, when I transcribed and edited a manual on the critical path method as a project management tool.

I am usually on the other side of the camera;
this is a recent studio self potrait.

In July of 2011, I started to use Photodex's Proshow Producer. More and more, my photo work will end up in slide shows created in this software. You will need to download and install Photodex Presenter in order to view these slide shows. Instuctions come up automatically the first time you access one of these shows. (Unfortunately, it is available for Windows only).

I will continue to use Adobe Lightroom to produce Flash gallerys, so that you can access either version of these images in your browser software.
